Educational system in India has undergone a revolutionary change after the Independence. Earlier the learning in the schools and colleges were restricted to text books, which is replaced by interactive classes.Technological advancement is to be credited for the educational revolution in India. The educational structure is very complicated in India, where the educational institutes have to perform a bunch of tasks that helps for smooth administration of the institute. It even happens that at times, the boundary separating the tasks of the teachers and the administrative staff blurs and overlaps each other.
